So it's that time of year again. Moody, erratic sleep patterns, general lethargy. Woohoo! Not...
So between the muck and funk, I've been working on a new piece (yeah I know I haven't finished the one I'm working on). I've also found it very difficult to find enjoyment in either work or play, so theoretically I've been doing neither.
BrightCore was reworked at its foundation yet again. This time was the result of a growing pang. Form submission was getting rather messy, so I tuned the engine and made it even more streamlined and lightweight than it was before. Stability and speed increased as well. At this point though I feel that reporting that it keeps getting faster and faster is a bit trivial, seeing as how it's already super fast. I dunno, I guess it gives me a personal sense of accomplishment that I'm making something worth a damn :).
Livestream page was added so that people can watch me paint, or play games, which ever I'm in the mood for. I might see about getting set up with a webcam so that people who want to watch me draw on paper can do so as well. I don't do that so often so it's kinda low-priority for now.
Not too happy about the AT&T uVerse announcement about the 250gb per month data cap on their broadband plans, but for $10 per 50gb in overuse charges I guess it's really not so bad. I don't think I even use near half that amount but this isn't looking good for Netflix, or any number of web video scenarios. What good is broadband moving forward if you are limited by how much you can download. "Yeah it's fast but you can only have so much!"... Way to make your subscribers hate you AT&T. Neato, team!
